Plain language about what we collect when you contact getcalled, and what we do with it.
Who we are
getcalled helps service businesses across Canada with websites, Google listings, and ads. Contact: hello@getcalled.ca.
What you send us
When you use the brief on /start/, you send a name, business name, trade, city, phone, email, and whatever you write in the note. That is so we can reply and quote the right offer.
How it is delivered
The form uses FormSubmit to email the brief to hello@getcalled.ca. FormSubmit may keep a copy of submissions for about 30 days on their side. After that, what we keep is the email we received, so we can do the work you asked for.
What we do not do
We do not sell leads. We do not rent your contact details to other companies. We do not run a public directory of people who wrote in.
Analytics
The site may use Vercel Analytics for basic page views. That is about traffic, not a profile of you.
Your choices
Email hello@getcalled.ca to ask what we have from you, or to ask us to delete a brief we no longer need. If a project is active, we keep what we need to finish the work and for ordinary business records.
Canada
We aim to handle personal information in a way that fits Canadian expectations under PIPEDA and similar provincial rules: collect only what we need, use it for the reason you sent it, and keep it no longer than that reason requires.
