Terms
Short rules for how work with getcalled usually starts. A written scope still beats this page when the two differ.
Offers on this site
Prices listed on getcalled.ca are in Canadian dollars, before HST. They describe common packages. Anything outside those packages (a shop, a login, a custom booking system, a logo, a second language) is quoted separately before work starts.
Before work starts
We confirm scope in writing. For a site, that means the facts and three real photos. For Local Presence, that means access to the Google listing and the site. For ads, that means an account you own and a page with a phone number.
Domains and ad spend
Domains are registered in your name. Ad spend is billed by Google or Meta on your card. We do not mark it up. Management fees are ours.
Site care
Care is $49 a month after a free first month when you start it at launch. Cancel with 30 days' notice. The domain stays yours.
No ranking promises
We do not promise the top of Google or a set number of calls. Local Presence and ads are about the work we do and the spend you approve, not a guaranteed position.
